Hello, I am Tong

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I provide secure online counselling across Canada in English and Mandarin Chinese, supporting individuals and couples who prefer the comfort and flexibility of virtual therapy.

As a Mandarin-speaking Chinese counsellor, I often work with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, parenting stress, immigration transitions, cultural adjustment, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent more than ten years in marketing and leadership roles in international companies. As a mother of two and an immigrant who grew up in China, I deeply understand the unique pressures of balancing family, work, culture, and expectations in a new country.

My goal is to create a calm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin moving toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
